webet Platform Rules & Player Obligations

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms" or "T&C") govern the relationship between webet (the "Platform", "we", "us" or "our") and any individual (the "Player", "User" or "you") who accesses, registers on or otherwise uses the services made available at webet.cam.

webet is an internationally licensed online casino and sports betting platform. The Platform offers live casino games, slots, sports betting markets and related gaming services to eligible adult players globally, including players based in Malaysia.

By creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, placing a bet or using any part of the Platform — in any capacity — you represent that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Registration and use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your Account:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. webet strictly enforces this minimum age requirement in accordance with the responsible gambling standards applicable to its international operating licence. KYC documentation confirming your date of birth will be required prior to the processing of any withdrawal.
2. Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
3. Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for determining whether access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Players accessing the Platform from Malaysia acknowledge that the regulation of online gambling under Malaysian law is the responsibility of the individual user. webet provides the Platform as an internationally licensed service and does not represent that it is lawful to use the Platform in any specific jurisdiction.
4. One account per person: Each natural person is permitted to hold only one registered Account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended immediately, and any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
5. Own behalf only: You must register and play on your own behalf. You may not act as an agent or nominee for any third party.
6. Excluded persons: Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from the Platform are not eligible to re-register without following the formal reinstatement process described in our Responsible Gambling Policy.

4.1 Registration Process

To access real-money Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as prompted by the registration form. This includes, but is not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and mobile number.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. webet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You should enable two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available to all registered Users.

4.3 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate and not misleading. webet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account where information provided is found to be false, incomplete or outdated. Updates to personal information must be submitted through the Account settings panel or by contacting customer support.

4.4 Account Security Obligations

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify webet immediately. webet may temporarily suspend an Account as a precautionary security measure pending investigation. You agree to cooperate fully with any such investigation.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

webet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels, subject to availability in your jurisdiction:

• Local bank transfer via FPX — Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank and others
• DuitNow Instant Transfer
• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), Litecoin (LTC)

5.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 (or cryptocurrency equivalent). The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method, account tier and applicable compliance thresholds. Current limits are displayed within your Account dashboard.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

webet targets a withdrawal processing window of under five (5) minutes for DuitNow and FPX transfers, subject to completed KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. Processing times for other payment methods may vary. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times which are beyond webet's control.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

All withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) the withdrawal method matching or being consistent with the method used for the Player's most recent deposit; (c) no active fraud investigation or account review on the Account; and (d) clearance of any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds held in the Account.

5.5 Currency

The Platform's primary operating currency is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits will be converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. webet does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and accepts no liability for fluctuations in cryptocurrency value.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards and promotional credits offered by webet are subject to these General Bonus Terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific terms of the promotion shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 15 times (15x) the bonus amount before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Unfulfilled bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

6.3 Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of bet value. Live casino games, table games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate. Full contribution tables are published on individual promotion pages.

6.4 One Bonus Per Player

Each promotional offer may be claimed only once per Player, per household and per shared payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempts to circumvent this restriction through the creation of multiple accounts or the use of different payment methods constitute a breach of these Terms.

6.5 Abuse and Fraud

webet reserves the right to cancel any bonus and forfeit associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-variance betting strategies to fulfil wagering requirements, match betting, arbitrage betting, or collusion with other Players to exploit promotions.

6.6 Crypto Deposit Bonus

The 2% cryptocurrency deposit bonus is capped at MYR 688 per qualifying transaction. The bonus is credited automatically upon deposit confirmation. Standard wagering requirements apply. This promotion is available to all verified Players aged 21 and above.

7.1 Game Integrity

All casino games on the Platform utilise a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and audited. Displayed Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and are not a guarantee of any specific outcome for an individual session or bet.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including but not limited to Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UFC, and other events — are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and bet type, as published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform. In cases of ambiguity, webet's decision shall be final.

7.3 Voided Bets

webet reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed at an erroneously published price or line caused by a technical error; (b) the event to which the bet relates is cancelled, postponed or abandoned; (c) webet has reasonable evidence that the result was subject to manipulation or suspicious activity.

7.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-transaction winnings may be subject to limits depending on game type, VIP tier and prevailing Platform rules. Current maximum win limits are displayed within the relevant game or bet type description.

7.5 Technical Malfunction

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection or platform error during a game session, webet will use all reasonable efforts to determine the fair outcome based on available data logs. webet accepts no liability for losses arising from communications or internet service failures on the Player's side.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of any of these provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination and forfeiture of Account balances:

• Registration of more than one Account or registration using false identity information
• Use of automated tools, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or gain an advantage in any game or market
• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live dealer games or poker-style formats
• Exploitation of software bugs, game glitches or pricing errors to accumulate winnings not obtainable under normal game conditions
• Money laundering, including using the Platform as a conduit for processing funds of illegal origin
• Chargebacks or payment reversals via third-party financial institutions as a means of recovering deposited funds
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction, or facilitating access for individuals in Prohibited Jurisdictions
• Harassment, threatening or abusive conduct directed at webet staff or other Players
• Any action that disrupts, overloads or impairs the operation of the Platform's infrastructure

webet is required under its international operating licence to conduct identity and age verification on all Players prior to the processing of withdrawals. KYC verification may also be initiated at any point during a Player's account lifecycle at webet's discretion.

9.1 Required Documents

Standard KYC documentation includes:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document — MyKad (Malaysian identity card), Driver's Licence or Passport
• Proof of residential address — a utility bill (Tenaga Nasional Berhad, TM Unifi, Syabas), bank statement or official government correspondence issued within the preceding three (3) months
• Where required for higher-value accounts: a selfie photograph of the Player holding their identity document

9.2 Processing Time

KYC documentation submitted by a Player is typically reviewed and processed within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. Incomplete submissions will be returned with a request for additional information, which may extend the review period.

9.3 Withdrawal Hold

webet reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending completion of KYC verification. Funds will not be forfeited solely on the basis of pending KYC; however, withdrawal access will not be granted until verification is satisfactorily completed.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, brand names, promotional materials and text — is the exclusive intellectual property of webet or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to: copying, reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, modifying, reverse-engineering or creating derivative works from any Platform content.

The "webet" name, logo and associated brand marks are proprietary trademarks. Any unauthorised use of webet's trademarks — including in domain names, social media handles or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, webet, its officers, directors, employees, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages of any kind, however caused
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Any losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, game descriptions or promotional copy
• Technical failures, outages, cyber-attacks or third-party service disruptions outside webet's reasonable control
• Any decision made by a Player to gamble real money through the Platform

webet's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.

webet is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We believe gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and not a means of financial support or the resolution of financial difficulties.

All registered Players have access to the following tools, available at any time within Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps set by the Player
• Loss Limits: Caps on net losses over a defined period
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session reminders and time-out functionality
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary (30 days to 12 months) or permanent exclusion from the Platform
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications of time spent and amounts wagered during a session

13.1 Termination by webet

webet reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or prohibited conduct as described in Section 8; (b) a Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (c) required by applicable law, court order or regulatory authority; or (d) a Player is found to be a self-excluded individual attempting to re-register.

13.2 Consequences of Termination for Breach

Where an Account is terminated as a result of a Player's breach of these Terms, webet reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real Money Balances will be returned to the Player net of any applicable deductions, except where the balance is subject to a pending fraud investigation or court order.

13.3 Voluntary Closure

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (subject to completed KYC and satisfaction of wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable to webet's jurisdiction of incorporation and international operating licence. Players agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall first be referred to webet's customer support team for resolution.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through internal support channels, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism specified under webet's operating licence. webet will cooperate fully with any such process and provide all relevant information as required.

Nothing in this section shall prevent a Player from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their immediate legal interests.

webet reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, webet will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via email to the address on record or through a prominent on-platform notification. Minor amendments — including typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter Player rights, or regulatory updates — may be implemented without prior notice.

The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently updated. By continuing to use the Platform following the effective date of any amendment, you accept the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.3.
